I believe in creating opportunities for collaboration. I also think that it's really important to, let's say be on the same page, so to speak. We want to connect so we understand who we are as a person and find opportunities for us to work together. That's really different than collaboration. Because collaboration is how can we build opportunities to work together? Connections help us to collaborate better. And the collaboration gives us opportunities to connect more.
