I think at least the most important thing is that as long as you know what it does to you, so when you eat sugars or carbs, that you knowwhat it does to your body. I noticed it when I have had sugars or carbs that you can feel like, oh yeah, I'm feeling a bit sluggish. And then also if I have a recovery run planned, I say like, okay, I'll wait like one or maybe two hours extra after having this cake because otherwise I feel shitty on the run. Therefore, automatically you cut down and so compared to like three years ago and eating much less carbs and sugar. So it's already a big improvement, but cutting them out
