Are You a Hanger or a Hungry?

When my glucose drops low, I can't live with that glucose so I produce adrenaline to draw stored sugar out of my muscles and liver. So when my sugar is low and I'm angry, I'm going to choose refined carbohydrate or caffeine which would also increase my glucose levels. We all feel it, you know. It's like you want to eat a roast dinner, as soon as you open your eyes, you'll literally feel like I'm starving. How can I be so hungry? And I noticed the direct correlation between, oh, yeah, that makes sense. I ate loads of ice cream last night. Totally. There's some validity in the logic of that. Some people fast
