Andi clates like 55 degrees cold water under my body while i'm sleeping. Another thing you can do is pull on wool socks before you go to bed at night. But just like, wear wool socks and a little else, and you can actually cool the body with that method too. You don't mind me just geeking outno, tis beautiful. I love i as goin.
