Is There a Difference Between Breakfast and Appetite?

There are a number of studies that show if you eat more of your calories earlier in the day, it lowers your appetite. How would someone know that? Would it just be sort of understanding if you feel drowsy? It's probably not the best time to be having breakfast. The other thing you can do is try to get some bright light exposure first thing in the morning because that'll drop cortisol levels and melatonin levels.
