How Long Have You Been Working Together?

First flip was in high school. Now owns five other residential properties with one of his best friends. Three months since i came on board. I think for dan an i, we seeme to be so complimentary to each other. We always seem to be thinking on the same plane, but yet have different ideas as far as analytical approach. And also, a lot of times i feel like we're so driven by what's the best thing for the client.
