How Do You Use Scales to Assess Your Client's Work Overtime?
The outcome rading scale is a way for therapists to measure their work. It was developed by Michael lambert, who also created the outcome question er forty five tool. The scales can be difficult to use as they are not pherapy or standardized. But it does give you a way to look at your work overtime, comparing it to a common standard.
