Easy Strength or Fat Loss - That's What I Do

Laurie and Jim have been talking about the idea of easy strength or fat loss. In 2020, Jim will put out probably 20 free workshops on his side for people to learn how to do it. Dan Flynn says he has found what really worked for him is doing five sets of weighted pullups with a cup of coffee in the morning while listening to NPR. He also likes to go for a walk when he's not working out so that he doesn't deplete any adrenaline before bedtime.
