BJ: We can't so many repeat customers. They know better what the food should taste like almost whenever I hear a customer say something that it may be a little off, I go straight to the kitchen because they're usually right. In our business before they leave and walk out the door, I want to see a smile on your face. And when they do come back again, that means we've exceeded the, we've taken care of their expectations.
