The Importance of Recovery Week

I think being active a little bit every day is good. Get the get the blood flowing get your muscles activated a little bit. All that's important to just keep facilitating that recovery and keep all of your body like processing your carbs and keep your body fueling through that. I definitely get pushed back from the guys when I first start working with them. The guys that I've been coaching for a while though just yeah they're they're they've bought into that so I think they see the value in that. And then even the next week after that is like for me usually pretty low intensity but still getting back to the volumeSo it's kind of almost like a week and a half or two
