Small Restaurants in New York City?
I take an enormous amount of pride in writing about any small business or any neighborhood. As a resident of Hell's Kitchen, I get pretty excited about showcasing some of those. South American and Latin American and Mexican food sometimes doesn't necessarily get the same intense critical eye as other cuisine. So I've worked pretty hard to make sure that some of those voices and some of those restaurants get a light shine on them.
