The Importance of Sleep in ADHD

I am one of the very few ADHD adults that goes to bed early. I get up between four and six every morning, every morning, six is a lie in for me. In periods of life where I've been stressed, I have to avoid any screens,. especially mobile phones to get a sleep. So I don't even use my phone for the time if I'm, if I'm stressed in bed. The reality for me is that we're going back to this thing of alcohol and me. Scientifically, alcohol gets you to sleep more easily, but the sleep is worse. And so it feels like you're doing something good and you're not - then your medication doesn't work
