How to Return to Sleep With Ease
If you're awake for longer than 20 minutes, get up out of bed. Then do something relatively boring like watch the news or read a book. Only return to bed when you are just about to fall asleep. Tundellion: I sleep very well but am also a normal 33-year-old woman who goes out and drinks alcohol sometimes.
