I was a quintessential connector relationship builder salesperson. So I intentionally looked for someone that had more of the integrator, you know, get stuff done and keep to standard operating procedures and systemization because I knew that I wasn't a strong set of my personality. And in the org chart for EOS at the ownership level, usually most people are visionaries but they have some deficiencies when it comes to operational execution. We're able to kind of do validation on each other in terms of our backgrounds to figure out if we'd be a good fit or not.
