If your stomach is weak, you're going to round over. I believe in being emotional and physical. You can apply static 10% or 100%. Everything but so. Try to wear yourself out fast. That's what makes a person that have great endurance. And again, going until you feel it. Because people want sets and reps. "I don't believe you've been an intellectual in a gym"
