The Importance of Vegetables

Juliette Samuels: Diet is what you're eating, then it's a diet. One of the things I think is really amazing, for whatever reason, vegetables can be a harder sell for people. Ryan Fisher like eat a new fruit every day. He was like, I don't know what this fruit is. But it got him out of his like, I eat a bag of frozen berries in this this ground hamburger every day into exploring more. And again, my greatest challenge is I'm under calorie day after day. Getting enough protein and hitting enough fruits and vegetables every day is the thing that is like my base practice sleep and some of that stuff.
