We tend to have less deep sleep as during the second half of the night and more rapid eye movement or REM sleep. If your partner snores, then find an alternative sleeping space. Earplugs are one solution but many people can't hack earplugs. We should allocate roughly 30% of our budget for bedding - it's not a luxury.
