The cash flow statement should be something that business owners look at and prepare for. When I ask for financials, when we're talking to a prospect, here's the information I need. And then sometimes they ask a question about it. Why don't they send it? Do they know that when it doesn't look favorable, they just don't bother to send it? Because they don't look at it. It's not part of their world.
