A marketing team that is focused primarily on organic content should be structured. The four people are, one, the architect, the leader whois overseeing the activities and prioritizing all those different things. Number two is the subject matter expert. And then the last one would be distribution, which is the only thing that gets switched in the model. It's very rare to find all three of those scales in ones.
