The Importance of Unconditional Permission to Eat

This is the whole thing of unconditional permission to eat. Even on my aggressive diet, I am giving myself unconditional permission around different things such as The length of the diet. It has to be part of your being you have to get to that point where you know you can have those foods And your life is set up in a way that you can have them. One thing I love about aggressive dieting as well is that I can sleep less I like it for this. Then you look better you get more interest from the opposite sex or the sex you're interested in but anyway for me the opposite sex and um Don't have a sex drive. That's probably the case So I'm like fantastic
