How to Find Your Fat Free Mass

I'd absolutely agree, particularly with bone in distance runners and that community. You use skin faults to find out mainly because we don't want people to go too low from a fat free mass perspective. Skin fault is the most simplest and probably one of the most reliable. There's a lot of bio impedance scales and things, but I don't really don't rate those. Some people might be 37 calories per kilogram of body weight. We've used an estimate, an average. But I will always say this is all rough estimates because again, everybody is different.
