Build a Minimum Viable Product

The average person that i've interviewed on andy hackers took three weeks to get their product launched and in the hands of customers. Don't spend six months building something and not getting feedback, because it's going to be super demoralizing. Build a minimum viable product that when people use it, you know, their feedback is enough for you to sayl cam in the right direction, or, i'm headed in the wrong direction.
