The Constraints in the L-Strain Challenge

Was it ever even considered adding a constraint? One runner did like 15 low percent speed, monkey runs in a row. I'm sure if we added on moss ranking, we'd see an influx of people doing the streak stuff. It would be more interesting for a dealies, I think then play it playing for 10 hours of L streaks.
