More restaurants should open at four o'clock, frankly. variable pricing only works with quality and things that you covet. You know, there's no demand to move the price. So this is what I really sort of wanted when we introduce train tables at noodle bars. And it's a logistically very difficult to pull on. But people don't know what that means. We have schedules, like literally a train board,. They would like flip like an old school alarm clock or clock. They would just update the times and arrivals and departures and stuff. That tells you fucking everything. It was like, nobody wants to buy my paintings for a thousand. Nobody wanted to buy a voice
