Why You Shouldn't Speak Up

If you fail to speak up when you disagree with a colleague, then you're hurting yourself and the company. You can only say something about somebody that you would say their face or that you have sait to their face. If some one comes into reed's office and starts complaining about a colleague behind their back, reed says, well, did you speak to this person directly about it? And if the answer's known, then he sends them out and says, come on, you got it. Don't be trying to pay politics and come and complain to me about it.
