So anytime you put an athlete under load, you're putting them at risk. Most of my athletes are very good at the hex bar deadlift. And we can use that as one of their heavy lift. Some of them are more comfortable with a goblet's front squat. They don't have to use much energy to get in there and do it. It's low neural demand because they've become so good at it. But Rini is a great back squatter. She's the only athlete that I back squat.
