"I look at my strategy twice a year. I look at it at the beginning of the year to make sure we're still all set, everything still tight and ready to go," he says. "What are we going to do within the community within the next 12 months? For the strategy, what i take a look at that twice a year, i try to develop the strategy around the end of the year."
