The Last Tool I'd Like to Ask Is Mindfulness Meditation

I think that where this can come in really helpful is what we're saying about the nature of the sport I mean for some people meditation is a it's something that they know they should they could do and that they like. The swimmers I know who have done the miles when they talk about following the black line down the pool when they're doing their sets you're effectively in a mindful state already so that would be a fantastic place whilst you're actually doing your training to just be thinking about enjoying the fact you're swimming in the pool. And again in those moments where you're trying to get your sleep in because sleeps where the recovery from all the good work you've done in your training
