The Three Disruptors of a Healthy Life Style

The third disruptor is what i call accommodation. It's what we say to ourselves that tends to get in our way. People feel uncomfortable staying with their plan because they'll be viewed as not supporting or participating in the celebration. The fourth one, interject re quia there. Let's keep going in the interest of time. This is gras stuff. So we've got temptation and rebellion, both pretty internal. And number three is accommodation. Because it reflects people.
