Is There a Time When Management Wasn't the Case?
Staff plus engineers are free to see things in a different way from managers. And that's really powerful in ar organization, to allow two different groups of people to have different perspectives. So i'm curious, you know, when you have a different sort of perspective on things, how do you make sure that it meshes with management? It's certainly on me to convince people. I would say that interval s is a company that's been wildly successful and growing very, very quickly.
