To day we'll practise together. Just like the all day practice that sometimes comes between sessions six and seven of an eight week course, we'll also use elements from all the practices we've done so far. So mostly practise ta day, then some chance for sharing and reflection towards the end. And even though this may be the shortest all day you'll ever experience, still remembering to look after yourself.
