How to Calculate the Runway of Your Business

I think that this is the fundamental role of being the person responsible for the finances of the company and making sure you're still clear of the rocks while pushing hard enough to actually build the thing. I guess I'll just sort of run through a couple of the points that I wrote out in this tweet the other day to try to be a little bit useful to people maybe. My basic approach to it, and to be clear, like I don't want to share any actual numbers or anything like that, but this is just the process. Hopefully it's useful.
