Often referenced Future Forum Research found that flexibility ranked second only to compensation in determining job satisfaction Rob Sadow, Co-Founder and CEO of Scoop was curious to explore how self-reported importance translated to feet on the street, as measured by headcount growth in companies, by Flexible/Hybrid work policy. Rob & team combined the Flex Index, a database representing 6,500 companies’ flexible/hybrid work policies, with partner People Data Labs Labs data on headcount growth by company to find out.
