The Evil of Sled Training
Sled training is some of the hardest conditioning work I've ever done. You could either do it like not much load on the sled and move it as fast as physically possible, which is particularly brutal. And that has its own quality to it in terms of fatiguing you for just completely cooking. If you live in a building, fire escapes good. It only actually takes about 20 minutes but man does it give you bang for your buck.
