The Balance Between Technical Stories and Ethos
There's been a bit of a debate in the agile community about whether you should have technical stories and ethics. I think that they have their place as supporting components enabling customer and business functionality. But there's also a view that you shouldn't be doing anything technically unless it's contributing to a customer outcome. Maybe this is just semantics. The epics that we have are all evolved around functionality, things that enable the customer. It's an iterative process with our design team. So the design team will be equally part of our team, just like a product manager or developer would.
