How to Deal With Bedtime Procrastination

It's not procrastinating per se, but it's just there's something else tied to it. Because you get enough of me time during the day. Right. So that amplified itself on it. Also setting alarms and notifications for preparing for bedtime can be a huge tool to help with bedtime procrastination. If we're staying awake to complete some of the things that we didn't get done during the daytime, but we know that it's going to bleed into the next day,.
