The book is one of the few books that has made me, you know, it definitely expanded my knowledge and then has made me search for lots more. I think what you do get to the conclusion of is your mind and your body are connected. And if you are stressed, it is sort of good for you in no ways, especially if you feel that kind of reoccurring stress,. It will only get in your way. But as you've described, when you're in it, it can feel really hard to get out of it. Maybe you maybe you know, so maybe you can be the friend who can sort of support someone gently through finding their way through to the other side
