"I don't know anyone that hasn't found positive benefit from that yeah my husband's just started meditating in a really like he's all or nothing and he's every day every morning you know seven minutes very short." "When I was young I would lay in bed awake at night and I would worry about all the animals that were out on the cold at night and what they were feeling so I had this kind of like sort of this empathy and this compassion for I didn't want anyone else to be in distress," she says. "[Psychology] became an option at the sick farm and oh that sounds okay let's just try it!"
