But if you only have a certain amount of time and you want to get bang for your buck, pick stuff that tries to train more muscles than less. I use four directional upper body and three lower body patterns. And then i have like, separate categories for unor le os, idor leos, run jump throws - so there is an extensive cone-of-crab categoriation in my programme. Apart from that, pretty much follow what chaps just outlined as well.
