Is Storytelling a Key Component to Building Influence?

One of the dangers of story listening is that you extrapolate and think this is true for everybody. So Steve Jobs, every story you heard about Steve Jobs is true. He didn't have a lot of at least external empathy towards people. The key is to separate his correlation and causation.
