How do you manage your nutrition to support performing at such a high level with cal snacks? I feel like the way that I think about food is definitely not as common within the fitness community it might surprise most people. My main focus overall when I'm going to the grocery store is diversity of nutrient intake and my oatmeal itself is a thousand calories because I'm doing full fat can of coconut milk and maple syrup.
