How Did Your Time as a Manager Influence You?
As a staff engineer, you might not be managing people, but your influencing people and working very closewith people. How much time do you find yourself coating now days? I'm finding the switch to, i see a little ving yrit now. It's kind of nice to be able to focus in more on the technicals and div alitte deeper, and not the people problems. Do find it a bit emotionally taxing for me personally. Usually rit its help me. Canno, have that dull focus.
