How to Blend Physical Symptoms to Anxiety

A lot of the symptoms do overlap. I remember when I was doing acting and I'd be like, oh, I'm excited. And now I'm like, was I, was I nervous because it was similar to the people next to me being so nervous about this audition. Maybe I just interpreted the exact same physical symptoms as excitement when in reality it could have been anxiety. So use that to your advantage and trick your brain. Now, last one, number seven, start to trust yourself on the little things. If you're confident in your habits and your behaviors and your memory, then you're in general going to be a more confident person and more sure of yourself.
