idealistic procrastination is something that I kind of think of is like, this is a little bit psychological. It's cognitive. And it's actually like attachment based. We're attached to a particular outcome. So like we're attached to it being a certain way,. Like my favorite example is one that I have in my head all the time. But I haven't set that circumstance up. So I'm just not going to do it. Or haven't been good with time management to allow yourself to be prepared. To let go of certain things and understanding that nothing can always be perfect.
