How to Get Consistent With Your Goals
If adding in five days of movement is too much right off the back, that's okay to stop and say for you, you want to get consistent with two days a week or three days a week. Eating 60 to 80% healthy each week means making healthy choices for 13 to 17 meals out of 21. You do not need to restrict yourself. I don't believe in giving anything up. We will find it every failure is one step closer to finding what's going to work. If we give up, we don't get to find that end result.
