Is Your Self-Identity Being So Embraced by Your Powerlifting Achievements?

As you age you're gonna get weaker there's no question about it. I see a lot of folks as they get up in the age they just kind of stop consistently doing enough and unfortunately maybe just abandon it altogether because it can't be what it was. Once you redefine what it is and then have a forward-looking view as to what the next five years will look like  I think you can embrace that, enjoy that and I love training now again pain-free That's kind of my my purpose with all this.
