How to Deal With Loneliness
I would just encourage you to treat it as if you were in a group of friends and each of them are acting like these parts. And I feel like one question you've helped me lead with is, what do you want me to know about you? Or what are you afraid would happen if you don't do your job? Yeah. So yeah, that's the indicator. And unfortunately, we might not want to. And that's, but that that itself is the indicator. You have to give, you have to acknowledge that. Give it a try and see how it goes.
