How to Untangle Bad Habits

Getting rid of habits and addictions can be very hard. And there's no one approach for all habits. The best way to think about it is to untangle a bad habit, so it's not breaking at that habit. It's not a sudden break. You untangle it. For many of these habits, like smoking and drinking and unhealthy snacks and social media use, it is a clump of using social media through your day. I outline a step by step process in tiny habits of how to untangle that. That's maybe the shortest, most helpful, short thing I can share about it: Think of it as you untangle the habit.
