We've gone from being very process focused and having what a lot of people consider those check the box moments just saying, yes, we had this conversation, I'll see you in a year. And now we're moving more towards the people. The last thing I want to really highlight here is traditional systems were bogged down with so many potential issues. Everything from bias, which David alluded to earlier, creeping in, to just the fact that if you're evaluating performance from a year ago, you simply won't remember it.
