We had access to data for 15 000 participants over seven years and they were doing one set at four to six reps per week to failure from a gym chain I can that is in the Netherlands. Strength gains made 50% above baseline for the first one to two years, then plateaued and increased by another 10% over five years. We even have data for recreationally active individuals so it was really great to see your video because both trained and recreational individuals can can take a lot from this.
